Eileen Shanahan Honored for Her Work Supporting Veterans and First Responders

Warrior Ranch Foundation founder and president Eileen Shanahan was recently recognized with the Awareness & Remembrance Award from the Tribute and Honor Foundation.

The award honors individuals and organizations whose work increases understanding, healing and support for veterans and their families. Since founding Warrior Ranch in 2016, Eileen has brought together her lifelong love of horses and her commitment to those who have served.

Through equine-assisted programs, Warrior Ranch provides veterans, first responders and their families with a welcoming place to reconnect, build trust and experience the healing power of working with horses.

The recognition also celebrates the larger Warrior Ranch community, including the volunteers, supporters and participants who make its mission possible.
